Welcome to RoomCalm. By using the site you agree to these terms — they're short and written to be read.
What RoomCalm is
RoomCalm creates AI-generated visualizations of how your room could look, plus practical styling suggestions. Results are creative concepts, not professional architectural, engineering, or construction advice. Furniture and decor shown in generated images are illustrative — real products you buy may differ in appearance, size, and color.
Your photos, your rights
You must own or have permission to use any photo you upload. Your photos remain yours. You give us permission to process them with our AI partners solely to create your redesign. Generated images are yours to use personally — print them, share them, show your decorator.
Fair use
Don't use RoomCalm for anything unlawful, don't upload content that isn't a room (we may block accounts that abuse the service), and don't attempt to overload, reverse-engineer, or resell the service without our agreement.
Purchases, credits & refunds
Payments are processed by Paddleas merchant of record. Credits belong to your account: sign in with the email you bought with and they're there, on any device. They're for your personal use. If something went wrong with a purchase — or a redesign genuinely failed to deliver — email hello@roomcalm.comwithin 14 days and we'll handle your refund request fairly and promptly. Your first purchase also carries a 14-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy.

Service "as is"
AI generation is probabilistic: results vary, and occasionally a generation may disappoint. We work hard on quality, but the service is provided "as is", and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date above reflects the latest version. Continuing to use RoomCalm after a change means you accept the updated terms.
