RoomCalm is designed to know as little about you as possible. This page explains exactly what happens to your data, in plain language.
Your room photos
When you upload a photo, it is sent securely to our AI processing partners (OpenRouter / Google AI) for the sole purpose of creating your redesign, and the result is returned to your browser. We do not store your photos on our servers, we do not build galleries of them, and we never sell or share them. Please don't upload photos that show people's faces or someone else's private property without their permission.
Data stored on your device
Your free-redesign counter and any purchased credits are stored in your own browser's local storage — on your device, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data will reset them.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Gumroad, our merchant of record. Your card details go to Gumroad, never to us. Gumroad's own privacy policy applies to the checkout.
Shopping links
"Shop this look" links lead to retailers such as Amazon and Temu. Once you click through, that retailer's privacy policy applies. See our affiliate disclosure.
Analytics
We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (such as page views and country-level visit counts) to understand how the product is used. We do not build advertising profiles of you.
Questions or requests
Contact us any time through our checkout provider's support flow (Gumroad), and we'll help — including deleting any support correspondence we hold about you.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Major changes will be noted on the site.
