Why this exists
Dopamine decor is meant to feel like a good mood you can walk into. Bought one print at a time, it tends to end up as a wall of loud things that have never met: a rainbow from one shop, a flower from another, three different reds arguing.
What makes the rooms you saved work is colour that repeats, and art with a reason to look twice. This collection gives you both: a matched set of bright shapes, and a set of small impossible scenes to mix in.
What's inside
The bright set: 9 prints that hang as one wall
A red flower on blush pink, rainbow arches, blue leaves under an orange sun, a green checkerboard, a citrus bowl beside a pink vase, painted rainbow waves, a pink flower among bright botanicals, balanced geometric shapes and a smiling sun. One cream ground, one family of flat colour: red, cobalt, sunflower yellow, forest green and pink. Made to work as a 3×3 grid.
The surreal set: 17 dreamlike prints
A lemon swimming pool, the ocean pouring in through a window, night in a matchbox, a night sea in an envelope, a zip opening onto the ocean, a paper boat over a whale's shadow, koi bending a tiled pool, a crab rolling a blue moon, two profiles meeting in a kiss and more. Each is its own small scene in saturated colour, to pick from rather than hang all at once.
Two hanging guides
The 57-inch centreline (standard museum and gallery practice, not a rule anyone enforces), 6–8 inches above a sofa or headboard, art about two-thirds the width of the furniture and 2–3 inches between frames. Then the parts bold art needs: grid sizes with the arithmetic shown, spreading the loudest colours, and how to group a pair, a row or a 2×2 from the surreal set.
Print-ready files
Every print is 4096 × 6144 pixels in the 2:3 photo-frame shape, so 4×6, 8×12 and 12×18in frames take them with no trimming. They were enlarged from smaller originals, so they're sharpest up to about 8×12in or A4 (more on that below).
Before you buy — the honest part
- These are digital files. Nothing is posted to you. You download them and print at home or at any print shop.
- The art is AI-generated, directed and curated by us. We'd rather say that plainly than let you assume otherwise.
- These files carry less detail than our other style kits. They were made smaller and enlarged four times, so 4096 × 6144 is more pixels than real detail. Sharp to about 8×12in or A4. At 12×18in they still look good from across a room, but up close the edges and fine painted texture (water, clouds, sand) go soft. If you want one big statement print, this is the wrong product.
- 26 prints is a collection, not one wall. The bright set of 9 is matched to hang together; the 17 surreal prints share loud colour and a dreamlike idea, not one palette. Pick the few that agree; the guides show how.
- There's no palette card here, unlike our calmer kits. We only print a paint code when a real paint comes genuinely close, and against these reds, cobalts and greens nothing in the paint catalogue we match against came close. Bright colour is also the first thing a home printer dulls, so a print shop with a matte stock will get closest to the previews.
This is for you if
- ✓ You've read about dopamine decor and want the art half done in one go
- ✓ You want colour on the walls without repainting them
- ✓ You'd like plenty to choose from, and to swap prints around now and then
Skip it if
- × You want calm, muted colour. The Japandi or Minimalist kit will suit you better
- × You want one large statement print. These are sharpest up to about A4
- × You want paint codes to match the wall to the art. There's no palette card

Questions
Do I get all 26 for $9?
Yes. One payment unlocks all 26 prints, both all-prints PDFs and both hanging guides, kept in your account to download again whenever you like.
What size can I print these?
They're 4096×6144 pixels in the 2:3 photo-frame shape, so 4×6, 8×12 and 12×18in frames take them with no trimming. A4 and A3 are slightly squarer than 2:3, so in those you'll either trim about 6% off the length or leave a slim border. Both look deliberate. They were enlarged from smaller originals, so they're sharpest up to about 8×12in or A4. At 12×18in they still read well from across a room, but go soft up close.
How do I hang them without it looking chaotic?
Start with the bright set as a grid in one frame style: nine prints in 8×12in frames with 2½in gaps make a 3×3 about 29in wide and 41in tall. From the surreal set, pick a pair, a row of three or a 2×2 that share a colour (the deep blues, the hot reds, the pool turquoises) or an idea, like the windows. Lay them out on the floor first and keep the loudest pieces apart. The guides walk through it.
Is there a palette card with paint codes?
No. Our palette cards only print a code when a real paint comes genuinely close, and these colours are far outside the calm range our paint catalogue covers. A white or warm white wall is all they need.
Can I use them for my business?
No. The licence covers personal use in your own home. Email us if you need a commercial licence.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, 14 days, no argument. Digital downloads included.
Joy, with a plan.
